Portland, MaineLocated at the western edge of Portland’s downtown Arts District and the West End Historic District, the 660 Congress Street AIR Program will provide residencies to artists of various disciplines encouraging them to take the time to reflect, create, and experiment. Programming will include opportunities to exhibit work as well as conduct lectures, recitals or open studios for members of the arts community.
