Registration Discounts

EARLY BIRDS: Discounts for registrations received or postmarked by September 7

ALLIANCE MEMBERS: Discounts for staff/board of Organizational, Emerging Program, and Affiliate Members; and to Individual Members

TEAMS: Discounts for additional registrants from the same organization (discount does not apply to first registrant)

COLLEGE STUDENTS: Discounts for college students in a degree-earning program (continuing education and non-matriculating students are not eligible for the discount).

SCHOLARSHIPS: Underwriting of $500-$1000 is available for people of color. Applications are due by September 7. To apply, please select "Scholarship Applicant" on the registration form. Scholarship applicants will not need to pay for conference registration upfront; if awarded a scholarship, the conference registration fee will be included in the scholarship, with the remaining funds to be reimbursed for travel expenses. Applicants will be notified of scholarship awards after September 7. Scholarships are made possible by The Ford Foundation.

TRAVEL GRANTS: A limited number of travel grants (up to $500) are available for Alliance Organizational and Emerging Program Members in good standing, that meet at least one of the following criteria:
   (1) organizations with total annual operating budgets of $250,000 or less
   (2) organizations that are registering more than one staff person for the full conference

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing.

THROUGH SEPTEMBER 27: Full refund, less $25
SEPTEMBER 28 through OCTOBER 18: 50% refund
AFTER OCTOBER 18: No refunds issued
