Members: Individual members of the Alliance and staff/board of organizational, affiliate, and emerging program members receive a $50 discount off the full conference rate or $25 off the single-day rate.

Teams: Additional registrants from the same organization receive a $50 discount off the full conference rate or $25 off the single-day rate. (Discount does not apply to the first registrant.)

Dance Scholarships: Conference underwriting is available for administrators of creative residency programs in dance/choreography, thanks to the generous support of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Registration fees will be waived for accepted applicants (see guidelines below). The Alliance is committed to furthering the capacity of the dance field, by supporting dance/choreography residency programs. Scholarships are available to administrators of residency programs that primarily serve dance, or that have as a primary focus residencies for performance-based artists, including dance. In the event there are more scholarship requests than available funds, applicants who have not previously received scholarships will be given preference. Only one applicant per organization is eligible to receive a scholarship. If you have further questions about eligibility, please contact Caitlin Strokosch.

To apply for a dance residency administrator scholarship: To apply, please select "Scholarship Applicant" on the registration form. Applicants will be notified of scholarship awards starting August 25.

Rhode Island Scholarships: Rhode Island State Council on the Arts, The Rhode Island Foundation, and Bank Rhode Island have generously provided conference underwriting to artists and arts-and-cultural workers in Rhode Island to attend a full day of the conference – the opening night reception on Wednesday, Oct 20 and conference sessions on Thursday, Oct 21 (see here for details) – for free. RSVPs are required – please click here to make a reservation.

Room Sharing: Check "Room Sharing" on your registration form by September 14 and we will send you a list of potential roommates.

Words cannot express how much I grew as an artist and administrator at the Alliance conference. I was exposed to so much in so little time and had so much fun in the process, all in the name of sustaining artists and their contribution to our culture.
