There are a limited number of vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free and other special diet meals available, based on the stated dietary needs on your registration form. The caterers at the hotel and event locations will do their best to accommodate dietary restrictions - though requests beyond vegan, gluten-free, and shellfish-free may not be available.

All of our primary conference sites are wheelchair accessible; tour accessibility varies based on activity. If you have a specific accessibility requirement, please let us know by October 14th. Should you have questions about accessibility, please contact the Alliance of Artists Communities at (401) 351-4320 or

While you are welcome to bring a small number of copies of your organization's brochures/publications to share on your own with other attendees, we will not provide tables for displaying literature. Each year, several boxes of literature are recycled and a great deal of paper and materials are wasted.
