Thank you to the 300+ arts leaders from across the globe who joined us in Portland for the Alliance of Artists Communities' 2016 Annual Conference.


Join arts leaders, funders, policy-makers, residency staff, board members, educators and artists from across the globe as we explore support for today's artists and artist-centered approaches to engaging our communities and developing healthy organizations. The Alliance of Artists Communities' 2016 Annual Conference will be hosted in Portland, Oregon, October 4-7. All are welcome!

From nuts-and-bolts sessions on organizational development, to interviews with artists on creative practice, to conversations exploring cultural trends and the role of artists in society today, and tours of Portland's thriving arts centers - join the conversation!

Portland, Oregon is a thriving and walkable city jam-packed with art and activity, from stunning natural wonders to artisanal eateries. The “City of Roses” is home to the 9th largest Native American population in the US, ten thousand acres of public parks and is a vibrant bastion of counterculture. Discover Portland this fall!
