The Emerging Program Institute registration fee includes all meals (from dinner on February 15 through dinner February 17) and training materials.
The registration fee also includes The Ultimate Residency Resource Guide. The URRG is recommended for Institute attendance; if your organization already owns a copy of The URRG, this portion of the registration fee ($300) is waived. (read more about The URRG.)
If an organization is sending multiple attendees to the Emerging Program Institute, only one copy of The URRG is required, and additional attendees receive a $100 discount on each additional registration.

Cancellation Policy
- Through January 15: Full refund, less $25 administration fee
- January 15 through February 1: 50% refund
- After February 1: No refunds issued
