Registration will open in Mid-June!

This training sells out every year. Plan to register early to reserve your spot!

Join us for the Alliance of Artists Communities' Emerging Program Institute from October 13-15, 2018, in Philadelphia, PA. Registration includes the following:

  • Lunch - October 14 + 15 (Lunch also included for Pre-Institute Non-Profit 101 attendees on October 13)
  • Admission and hors d'oeuvres at closing reception
  • Transportation to/from tours and parties
  • Materials valued at more than $400 (Every attendee will receive handout materials for use in Institute sessions, while the first attendee from each organization will receive additional books, toolkits and other resources)

Ways to save

  • Alliance members: Receive a $45 discount on tuition.
  • Team attendees: Register more than one person from your organization or group and share books, files, and other special materials. (All attendees will still receive handouts and training materials used throughout the Institute at no additional charge).
  • Room sharing: We can connect you with other folks who are interested in sharing a hotel room to split the costs.

Cancellation policy

  • Through August 18 :: Full refund; less $25
  • August 19 through September 15 :: 50% refund
  • After September 15 :: no refunds issued

Registration fees

If you have multiple members from the same organization attending, you may share and need only pay the materials fee for one attendee.
