Alliance to Receive Creative Capital Professional Development Grant
Creative Capital's Professional Development Program (PDP) recently launched a new Workshop Subsidy Grant program, made possible by the generous support of The Kresge Foundation. The Alliance of Artists Communities is one of 19 recipients of the new grants, and has organized a partnership with the City of Providence Department of Art, Culture + Tourism; The Rhode Island Foundation; Rhode Island School of Design's Career Services; and Rhode Island State Council on the Arts to host a weekend of professional development programming for Rhode Island artists of all disciplines. Creative Capital's professional development workshops have earned national renown for their artist-led approach and transformative impact on the lives and careers of artists. [ read more ]
