Willapa Bay AiR has announced that its inaugural, 2014 seven-month residency program will commence March 1, 2014. Thirty-five visual artists, writers, and composers have been awarded month-long residencies, at no cost, on Willapa Bay AiR’s 16 acre site in coastal, southwest Washington State .
