Atlantic Center for the Arts is a well-known, international artists-in-residence community located on 69 pristine acres on Turnbull Bay in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. New Smyrna Beach is a quiet seaside retreat on Florida's east central coast. It was named one of the 100 best small art towns in America.
