James Rosenquist Artist Residency at North Dakota State University

The James Rosenquist Artist Residency offers a unique opportunity for an artist chosen from around the world the opportunity to reside and work as a resident artist exploring and developing their personal vision, interacting with students and the community. The residency is a one-semester program for visual artists at the NDSU Department of Visual Arts in Fargo, ND. NDSU Visual Arts provides artists with a studio, living quarters and meals, and $8,000 USD stipend, limited funds for supplies and materials (all contigent on funding), and the recipient is encouraged to explore the offerings of the university and will have a tuition waiver for at least one course from any discipline during the semester in residence.
